目的解决曲堤油田的结垢问题。方法采用离子色谱仪,对水样理化性质进行测试分析,采用X射线衍射仪对现场垢样进行成分分析,通过室内静态结垢实验结合滴定法,研究油井采出液及联合站注入水混合的配伍性,并对阻垢剂进行筛选及评价。结果曲堤油田水样水型均为CaCl_2型,含有较多的结垢性阳离子Mg~(2+),Sr~(2+)和Ba~(2+)的含量相对较少。对于结垢性阴离子,主要为HCO_3~-,CO_3~(2-)和SO_4~(2-)含量较少。曲堤油田结垢主要是由于Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)与HCO3-反应,生成白云石晶体造成的。各油井采出液在低温下混输,配伍性较好;随着温度的升高,会出现一定程度的结垢,但结垢率均小于5%。除Q10-X16油井采出液以外,其余各油井采出液与联合站注入水均不配伍,混合后结垢率达10%以上。选择7#阻垢剂,加注浓度50 mg/L作为曲堤油田的阻垢剂类型及加药制度。结论现场调研的7#缓蚀剂对于曲堤油田的环境具有适用性,阻垢率高,能够有效减缓曲堤油田的结垢问题。  相似文献

Bacterial community structure and iron corrosion were investigated for simulated drinking water distribution systems(DWDSs) composed of annular reactors incorporating three different treatments: ozone, biologically activated carbon and chlorination(O_3-BAC-Cl_2);ozone and chlorination(O3-Cl_2); or chlorination alone(Cl_2). The lowest corrosion rate and iron release, along with more Fe_3O_4 formation, occurred in DWDSs with O_3-BAC-Cl_2 compared to those without a BAC filter. It was verified that O_3-BAC influenced the bacterial community greatly to promote the relative advantage of nitrate-reducing bacteria(NRB)in DWDSs. Moreover, the advantaged NRB induced active Fe(III) reduction coupled to Fe(II) oxidation, enhancing Fe_3O_4 formation and inhibiting corrosion. In addition, O_3-BAC pretreatment could reduce high-molecular-weight fractions of dissolved organic carbon effectively to promote iron particle aggregation and inhibit further iron release. Our findings indicated that the O_3-BAC treatment, besides removing organic pollutants in water, was also a good approach for controlling cast iron corrosion and iron release in DWDSs.  相似文献

研究了碳酰肼对钢铁厂烧结工序产生的二噁英的抑制效果。结果表明,添加了0.01%(质量分数,下同)、0.02%、0.05%、0.10%的碳酰肼之后,二噁英的排放质量浓度降为0.560、0.506、0.270、0.174ng-TEQ/m3,相对于基准值(0.821ng-TEQ/m3)大幅减少。碳酰肼对二噁英的从头合成以及前驱物生成都能起到一定的抑制效果。碳酰肼与Cu2+结合生成稳定的氮化物,削弱Cu2+的催化活性;与HCl反应,减少了生成二噁英的氯源;对FeCl3、CuCl2的催化活性也会产生影响。碳酰肼添加后,对多氯代二苯并呋喃(PCDFs)生成中高氯代二噁英的脱氯行为也有明显的抑制。  相似文献

Column experiments and numerical simulation were conducted to test the hypothesis that iron material having a high corrosion rate is not beneficial for the long-term performance of iron permeable reactive barriers (PRBs) because of faster passivation of iron and greater porosity loss close to the influent face of the PRBs. Four iron materials (Connelly, Gotthart-Maier, Peerless, and ISPAT) were used for the column experiments, and the changes in reactivity toward cis-dichloroethene (cis-DCE) degradation in the presence of dissolved CaCO3 were evaluated. The experimental results showed that the difference in distribution of the accumulated precipitates, resulting from differences in iron corrosion rate, caused a difference in the migration rate of the cis-DCE profiles and a significant difference in the pattern of passivation, indicating a faster passivation in the region close to the influent end for the material having a higher corrosion rate. For the numerical simulation, the accumulation of secondary minerals and reactivity loss of iron were coupled using an empirically-derived relationship that was incorporated into a multi-component reactive transport model. The simulation results provided a reasonable representation of the evolution of iron reactivity toward cis-DCE treatment and the changes in geochemical conditions for each material, consistent with the observed data. The simulations for long-term performance were also conducted to further test the hypothesis and predict the differences in performance over a period of 40 years under typical groundwater conditions. The predictions showed that the cases of higher iron corrosion rates had earlier cis-DCE breakthrough and more reduction in porosity starting from near the influent face, due to more accumulation of carbonate minerals in that region. Therefore, both the experimental and simulation results appear to support the hypothesis and suggest that reactivity changes of iron materials resulting from evolution of geochemical conditions should be considered in the design of iron PRBs.  相似文献

The present work relates to galvanized structures with several years of time life subjected to atmospheric corrosion, like galvanized high tension steel pylons. The mass and fate of zinc released is evaluated both via empirical and experimental procedures. The corrosion rate determination requested atmospheric condition characterization, especially for SO 2 concentration and experimental activities focused on soil sampling around pylons. The soil zinc content, total and exchangeable, is determinates by different analytical procedures. The zinc diffusion in environment and the zinc extension under the top soil is evaluated using 1-dimensional mathematical model for miscible species in porous soil.  相似文献

在纯过氧化环己酮(CYHPO)储运中常添加减敏剂,以降低其热危险性。为了对比评价减敏性能,采用绝热加速量热仪测试了纯CYHPO及加入等质量邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、正己酸(HAA)和环己醇(CCH)后的热危险参数,并计算了上述5种样品的反应动力学常数和绝热校正数据,建立了包括初始放热温度T0和绝热反应加速度SARC的减敏效果判据,对4种减敏剂的热危险性减敏效果进行了评价。结果表明,DOP对CYHPO热危险性的减敏效果最好。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to suggest an effective procedure to eliminate a major deficiency in impressed current cathodic protection (CP). Current work describes performed activities through jetty cathodic protection troubleshooting as a case study. Although CP troubleshooting is straightforward, sometimes it is very complicated and confusing. To eliminate the appeared imperfection, different procedures were carried out; the root cause of the trouble in the system was shown to be in reversed current. Here the current which passed throughout installed junction were measured to survey reversed current. Current work offers a new approach in CP troubleshooting.  相似文献

为了防止煤的自燃,采用双氧水氧化升温实验,对灵石肥煤在不同阻化剂下的阻化效果进行了研究。利用阻化时间变化率判定阻化效果。结果表明,添加氧化铝厂赤泥作为协效物质的协效阻化剂有效抑制了煤样的氧化升温,提高了阻化效果,阻化时间变化率达50.78%,为灵石肥煤最佳新型协效阻化剂。新型阻化剂原料廉价易得、反应条件温和、制备过程简单、环境友好,且实现了尾矿废渣的综合利用。  相似文献
